What is required:
• Solid crop farming background and technical farm machinery expertise
• Passion for crop production and agricultural machinery
• Several years of sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High level of autonomy, self-motivation and sales capability
• Hands-on mentality
• Accountability and team player
• Willingness for frequent national and international travels
