What is required:
• BSc/MSc in agricultural sciences
• Minimum 10 years as a farm manager of high value crops
• Experience in tropical or subtropical agriculture a plus

• Open-mindedness and innovation focus
• Pioneering mentality
• Excellent English and solid Spanish language skills
