Stefan Ester
Stefan Ester grew up on a farm in Emsland. After training as an agricultural machinery mechanic, he studied agricultural machinery technology at the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne and later completed a postgraduate degree in industrial engineering.
He has many years of sales and management experience in medium-sized family businesses, international corporations and most recently as managing director of a leading agribusiness trading company. He brings a lot of experience in training and further education as well as talent development with him through his many years of voluntary work as head master of the agricultural and construction machinery guild in Westmünsterland.
Since 2022, Stefan Ester has been supporting candidates and companies as a personnel consultant for all areas of agribusiness, with a particular focus on the segments of agricultural technology, agricultural inputs and regenerative energies.
In his free time, Mr Ester enjoys spending time with his family and is actively involved in nature and the environment in his home region, both as a farmer and as a hunter.
