Dr. Roger Fenster
Roger Fenster has a degree in agricultural engineering. After studying at the Georg-August University in Göttingen, he moved to the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn, where he received his doctorate in 1982 on a nutritional physiology topic.
Two foreign assignments in the former Soviet Union and Turkey were followed by a position with the global corporation Hoffmann-La Roche in Switzerland. Here he initially held a sales assistant function in Denmark, which was followed by various regional and global functions at the Basel headquarters.
At the end of 1996, he founded the recruitment company AGRI-associates Germany, which handles placement mandates throughout Europe and beyond. Through the partnership with AGRI-associates offices in the USA, mandates in North and South America are also serviced.
