What you can expect:
• Identify and define training needs by product, region, and profile
• Develop customized training plans
• Regularly update training infrastructure, materials, and content
• Manage training budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Select and coordinate trainers (Train-the-Trainer)
• Conduct certain training sessions yourself
• Maintain the Learning University platform and the training catalog
• Active international communication with headquarters

What is required:
• 10 years agricultural technical knowledge
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electronic, and automated systems
• Deliver trainings, master training content.
• Strong intercultural communication, leadership, and team spirit
• Train complex content in an easy way with the ability to simplify and teach technical content to a diverse audience
• Assertiveness and ability to work in a team
• Frequent international travel
• Fluent in English and either French or German, knowledge of Dutch is an asset
