We are looking for an experienced Lead Agronomist to drive all aspects of high-tech vegetable production. This pivotal role combines crop management, leadership, and data-driven innovation.

What is required:

• Strong data literacy – capable of interpreting IoT and crop data
• Fluency in English
• Readiness to relocate to West Africa
